- Catalogue: Responsible for the accuracy of all aspects of product, including set up, pricing, categorization, ranking, upsell /cross sell online. Improve existing product listings and drive new product launches. Optimize web conversion, through product availability, working closely with the Ecom manager..

- Customer advice: Work with Customer Service team assisting online customers on products and services offered, with the aim to monitor leads from all digital channels. - Copywriting: You will participate in the writing and editing of the marketing content in all our online on and offline channels, including monthly Blog posts, aiming the best content performance for website traffic. You will work alongside the Digital marketing and Product managers here.
